Mystery Shopper Application

We continually accept applications from shoppers in 49 states and Canada.*

We do not accept applications via phone, email, fax or snail mail.  You must apply online.

This application will take approximately 15-30 minutes to complete.

Our Shops:

We only evaluate attractions, amusement locations and entertainment facilities.  Our shops give you the opportunity to have fun while earning reimbursement for your expenses or free tickets and in some cases a little extra pay for your time and efforts. 

Technical Requirements:

You must have constant high-speed Internet access in your home (not just at work, friends house, library, etc.) and a private E-mail address that you can access frequently from home.  You also need the ability to print and must have a digital camera/camera phone and/or a scanner for capturing digital images of receipts.  Some shops also require a digital camera/camera phone for taking digital pictures during the shop.

Shopper Qualifications:

 We are looking for shoppers who have excellent written communication skills and the ability to remember an extensive list of areas to observe while at the facility.  We work with shoppers who have a keen eye for detail and are able to objectively and accurately report your findings according to our clients requirements in a timely manner.  We highly value shoppers who have certifications through the Mystery Shopping Providers Association (MSPA).

Payment/Reimbursement:

We provide fast payments via PayQuicker in 10-17 days, PayPal in 21-28 days or even Checks in 45-60 days.  Most shops offer a $5 Early Return Bonus!  We also offer a Referral Program where you can earn $10 for each new shopper you refer who completes a shop for us.

Shopper Support:

Our friendly project managers are available 7 days a week via email and also by phone (9am-midnight EST).  The majority of our shops are eligible for shopper Self Assign, even to brand new shoppers in some cases.  We expect shoppers to CALL us for any urgent situations including ALL reschedules and cancellations.
